LMR Presents... SUMMER PHILTH
We are well aware that the streets have been salivating for a fresh LMR Podcast, and admittedly, we've been slacking. Over the weekend, Cuebik & Breakdown convened at the LMR Lounge (unfortunately sans the incomparable Illy MC) for a day of beers and beats.
This smoothly mixed 1.5 hour set takes you, the listener, through various shades of classic and current house, electro, bmore club, techno rave, dubstep and is that a little jungle I hear?! Expect philthy cuts and refixes from DJ Zinc, Tiga, Laidback Luke, Crookers, Jokers of the Scene, Toddla T, Hostage, Proxy, Caspa, among many others. And don't fret - we got a little King Of Pop tribute tossed in there! (How could we not?)
We are confident you will find mucho enjoyment from this, and we're sorry we took so long. Play it loud.

Where Were You When MJ Died?
Shit was all pretty surreal. Me, Dre, Art, Jay, Nate and a bunch of other folks were hanging out for Dre's bday when the news came through. We were pretty much at a loss for words. The best we could do was put on Thriller and just remember that there will never be another artist like that within our lifetime.
